Withdrawal and returns
14 days, also before receipt
Note: This is a translation. The Hungarian version is legally binding.
As a consumer, you may withdraw from a product purchased in the webshop without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. If your order arrives in several separately delivered parcels, the time limit runs from receipt of the last parcel. You may also give notice of withdrawal before receiving the product, in which case you do not have to accept the parcel.
You may give notice of withdrawal by any unambiguous statement, for example by e-mail to info@griffwebshop.com, by post (AVEROLS-MANDO Kft., 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.) or, without logging in, on the Withdrawal from the contract page; there, after submission, you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail stating the date and time of submission. You may also use the model withdrawal form in Annex 1 to the T&C (downloadable PDF), but neither is mandatory. You have met the time limit if you send the statement before the time limit expires.
Send the product back, or bring it to our store, within 14 days of communicating your withdrawal. You have met the time limit if you send the product before the time limit expires. You can choose from the options below.
1. Free return when placing a new order:
Would you like to return a product from one of your earlier orders? You can easily do so by following these simple steps:
- Step 1: Place a new order in our webshop and, in the "Note to the courier" field at checkout, state that you wish to return a product from an earlier order.
- Step 2: Give notice of withdrawal on the Withdrawal from the contract page.
- Step 3: Pack the product to be returned in a sealed box and clearly place your original order number on it.
- Step 4: Hand the product to be returned to the courier when you receive your new order.
Important: The new order must be paid for in the usual way. We do not deduct the price of the returned product from it; instead, we refund it in accordance with the refund rules below.
Note: Free return is available only within Hungary, and therefore not for deliveries abroad.
2. Return without a new order:
If you do not wish to place a new order, you can make the return in the following steps:
- Step 1: If you have not yet given notice of withdrawal, do so on the Withdrawal from the contract page, or write to info@griffwebshop.com.
- Step 2: Place the product to be returned in a sealed box and do not forget to clearly state the order number on it.
- Step 3: Send the parcel back to the following address:

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you, including when returning it from abroad.
3. Return in person:
If you prefer to handle things in person, bring the product to be returned to our Atryum Fashion City store free of charge:

You may also give notice of withdrawal at the store.
Important information:
- Refund: We will refund the full amount paid, including the delivery fee, no later than 14 days from the date on which we learn of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the product has been received back by us or until you prove that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. If we have undertaken to collect the product, we will not withhold the refund. The refund is made using the same payment method that you used. We transfer it by another method, for example by bank transfer, only with your express consent, and this entails no additional cost for you. The refund is made in the currency in which you paid.
- Try the product on as you would in a store. If you use it beyond that and its value is reduced as a result, you are liable for the diminished value, but this does not exclude the right of withdrawal.
- You cannot withdraw from a product in sealed packaging (for example, underwear in sealed packaging) that is not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if its packaging was opened after delivery.
- If the product is defective, your rights under the warranty apply irrespective of this. You can read about them in the T&C.
