Delivery and payment

EU and selected countries, uniform fee in your currency

Note: This is a translation. The Hungarian version is legally binding.

Delivery from the international shop:

Through this shop we deliver by courier to the member states of the European Union and to the non-EU countries selectable at checkout (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia); the current list of countries is shown at checkout. There is no in-store pickup, no delivery to parcel lockers and no cash on delivery.

Delivery fee:

The delivery fee is a uniform amount per order, whatever the order value, charged in your currency; there is no free-delivery threshold. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you submit your order. At present:

The amounts are converted from HUF 3,500 at our weekly fixed exchange rate, so they may change slightly.

Delivery time:

We usually dispatch products in stock within 1 working day and new-collection products within 2–3 working days. Delivery then usually takes a further 2–5 working days, depending on the country. After dispatch you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

Customs and import taxes outside the EU:

Orders to addresses outside the European Union are exports: the invoice is issued without Hungarian VAT. Any customs duty, import VAT and clearance fees in the destination country are paid by you, usually when the parcel is delivered. We do not know these amounts in advance, and they are not included in the price.

Payment:

You pay online in your currency, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the secure payment page of Revolut Bank UAB. Griff Forint cannot be redeemed for purchases from abroad. Details of the payment methods can be found in section 5 of the T&C.

Withdrawal and returns:

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason; we refund the original delivery fee. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you. Details: Withdrawal and returns.
