Withdrawal from the contract

As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason, even before receiving it. You can notify us online here, without signing in.

You'll find it in the confirmation email. An order number from the old webshop works too.

Good to know

  • After you press “Confirm withdrawal”, we email you the acknowledgement of receipt, with the date and time of submission.
  • If you haven't received the parcel yet, you don't need to accept it.
  • Returning the item: send the item back no later than 14 days after the withdrawal to: AVEROLS-MANDO Kft., 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7. The direct cost of returning is yours. You can also bring it to our store in person, free of charge: Atrium Fashion City, 1055 Budapest, Nyugati tér 7.
  • Refund: we refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the item has come back or you prove that you have sent it.
  • You can also notify us of the withdrawal by email (info@griffwebshop.com) or by post. Using the model withdrawal form in Annex 1 of the Terms & Conditions is optional.
